"The staff is outstanding.
I worked with Nick on trading in my PS4 for store credit towards a PS5.
He was a huge help when it came to the trade and controllers I got in the process.
Overall, the service was great and the selection of games and movies they have is solid.
Will be for sure going back for more"

"My favorite used games store in town. Fair prices and fun finds. Staff is always friendly and also has good taste in music."
"Great presentation for the workers who helped sell me my ps vita and my father his records. ^o^
The establishment has held on for a great time, it being a dope local spot that still seems reasonable to work with pricing and availability.
I truly appreciate the support the workers and the business has for retro growth."
"Not awful. Not bad prices. Just a little crowded and not the best selection of video games. Great selection on movies though."
"Steve was awesome to work with. Love supporting other small business owners!!"

"I went here and traded a some Xbox games and a ps4 controller. People are super respectful here! I will definitely come here! They give amazing prices on games and I got $45 for a ps4 controller and a handful of games. These guys are smart and they know what they doing. They sell amazing things here. And for fair and reasonable prices. People are so so respectful! Legends! If anyone wants a great place to get games or CDs or used consoles come to these guys! My respect goes to these guys here that work there butt off to make a honest dollar which is something I highly respect. Keep doing what your doing guys! 😁😁"
"The staff here are always very helpful. Wven in situations where they may not have a lot of personal knowledge, they listen to the information you give them so that they can help you out and leave you walking away happy. I've had to offload many personal items to them and their prices are always fair, and they've been really honest with me in a non hostile way about why they don't take certain things, or why a price is the way it is. Highly recommend going in for well priced games, alternative/metal vinyl records, or stockong up the CD shelf."
"Decent prices, good inventory of game systems, videogames, and movies. They polished a scratched Wii game for me which fixed the reading issues I was having. All of the people who work there are great."
"Bigger store compared to Muskegon. Friendly staff. Good selection, prices vary but are affordable and they have some rare/hard to find items."
"I love these guys. I wish I lived in Holland because this would be a place I come in on a daily basis to find games at great prices and friendly service too!"
"Slightly pricey but for the area not terrible. The guy working there was cool as well.
In terms of selection they had everything you could imagine except they lacked gamecube stuff."
"This has been my go to spot in Holland when I'm in need for any retro games, records, or movies. Staff has always been helpful and fun."
"Only been there once, the staff was supper nice, the variety of games to music is amazing. Would give this place a 6 stars if i could. Keep up the good work!"
"The two guys there were super chill and friendly, they knew what they were doing, and everything I saw was well organized with a great variety of games, movies, and music! I can´t believe I hadn´t been here before, for sure going to be my go-to store."
"CD Exchange is so cool! I go in probably about one a month, maybe more in the summer, and I always find cool stuff. I’m a young CD collector, and the guy who works there (I’ve never caught his name, sorry!) always tells some cool stories and gives me music recommendations. The prices are good, and they have some cool posters too! Something unique about this store is how you can be put on a call list. A while back I was searching for some Violent Femmes CD’s, and I was called as soon as they got one in! They even held onto it for me for a day or two until i got paid. :)"
"Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of movies and CDs to choose and a few video games."
"What a fun store.
You can listen to old tunes or new tunes and without spending an arm and leg.
They also have movies."
"I often visit the Muskegon location. I was going through town and decided to have a look around.
Thier Genesis selection was a little lackluster. It was mostly sports games.
I did find a season of the Simpsons I was missing.
The buy three items get a fourth free deal is a great value.
The staff was friendly and attentive. The store clean."
"Always has everything you need for gaming at the lost prices in town. Very nice staff! Been my GO TO for over 13 years"
"Great selection of movies/music/video games from classic to modern at good prices. They have game consoles in good refurbished condition as well."
"Wonderful people, great prices, and a good selection... What more could you ask for!"
"Very helpful. Above and beyond. I love the main guy who works here. Hes the best service ever"
"I love see the exchange it is my favorite resale music shop DVD shop by all of my music and my DVDs there and we recommend to anyone definitely worth the trip and not a waste of time whatsoever come on down it'll be worth it :-)"
"Very reasonably priced, & very friendly staff. And it's a local business that should be supported."
"Very friendly staff, always helpful. Great selection of products! My family loves shopping here!"
"These guys have always been the best. Great prices, knowledgeable staff. A trusted name in electronics for years."
"Absolutely love going here! I have been buying and selling here for a few years. Games, systems and movies. Their selection is awesome, and always changing as they take in new inventory. Very nice people and very helpful. The prices they offer for your old games and systems are fair. And Tucker (golden retriever) is just a doll! Highly recommend this store."
"I LOVE this store. They even get rid of any scratches on my CDs. Music is VERY important to me. I've been listening to my favorite music while going on drives at night since age 16. I LOVE music from the 1980s and early 1990s! I've got my favorites from here like: West End Girls (1986), Shout (1985), The Look (1989), RELAX (1984), Shattered Dreams (1988), the hits by Heart from 1985 to 1987 and so many more...way too many to list here! I stopped listening to the radio years ago (way too much rap and hip hop, it has got to be on purpose that the few companies that control the music industry push that SO much on the people).
Adding later: To the owner...lol...I LOVED your hilarious replies to all these whiny losers...talking about very small price differences. Your reply to Rios about learning English...OMG I was laughing for half an hour about that and how you said that's an interesting concept! Keep up the great work and I LOVE your store...I grew up in the best times for music, TV shows, cartoons and movies in the best country on earth (America was much better back then)! Your store brings me so much happiness via music."
"Went to find a wii controller at multiple places and found one here at a good price"
"Great place to find used games, offers a lot more then anywhere else for used things."
"Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than ten minutes."
"Love this place. You never know what you're going to find. I've found CDs there for $8 that cost $50 on Amazon. I try to go only a few times a year, because when I do I spend a ton of money. Love this place."
"I recommend coming here before spending to much at a franchise like GameStop.
This place is AWESOME!
The selection was great and the customer service was AMAZING!
We walked in thinking we were going only be able to afford 1 maybe 2 good games and walked out with 6!!
We had just purchased a gaming console from a yard sale and the guy behind the counter asked if he could check it out for us. I said sure and he cleaned up the harddrive and memory for us and even found out a game already existed on the console. He made sure the console worked properly and did all of this free of charge!! He was very knowledgeable about the gaming system and each model. He was also super friendly and wasn't looking to rush us out the door. Which is never the case anywhere else. Especially when you have 3 kids in tow and 1 of them is a curious 2 year old.
I appreciate local businesses like this for the dedication they put into every aspect of their business."
"Great selection & excellent prices for used movies. Helpful employees. Database with movies (unlike some resale shops). Buy 3, get 4th free on movies."
"I love this little Holland owned shop! They always have the most fairly priced stuff. They will be 5-15 bucks cheaper then any place in the area. Their customer service is great all the guys there are very great. Always a great experience."
"My familys favorite store! We have to stop everytime we pass by. We tell ourself we only going in to browse, and we always walk out spending at least $60, because of the amazing selection and prices. The staff is very friendly amd helpful. Keep rocking it!!!"
"The guys here are so helpful. We didn't end up buying anything, BUT they did give us a bunch of tips and things to look out for on the product we were looking for. Thanks guys!"

"Small store but packed with a huge amount of video games, current and old school video game consoles, movies, and music CDs. Staff is laid back and knowledgeable."
"You did a good job lasting the longest out of other game stores in Holland. I was playing with you earlier 😂"
"Great deals, friendly staff and awesome selection of retro games A++ recommended"
"The items that they've had are in good condition and they care about their customers,"
"Been going since I was a kid, love the atmosphere, fun to just come and chill while checking out albums, games, movies, and they're sweet band posters."
"Great selection of classic games and consoles. Friendly staff and great atmosphere."
"Great place to shop for new and used game systems, movies, posters...you name it they probably have it. They can get it if you want it also..."
"Great deals and a extensive collection of games and music. I really like how they can call if something comes in that you might want"
"Awesome little store with alot of variety in Cd's, Dvd's, and Vinyl. Friendly and helpful customer service too."
"Love this place. Friendlier and better service than other similar locations."
"Bought several disks...one was discolored when packaged.
Was told that I would not be charged for this dvd, because of the discoloration.
It worked. And your customer service has gained a loyal customer and fan.
Thank you guys. I will remind you of this when I shop again."
"Great selection of used music, movies, & video games. Friendly helpful staff."
"I like how friendly the guys at this place are and the prices on some of their stuff is good."
"So I'm new to the area and I checked out all the local gaming places over the last few days. CD exchange, disc traders, GameStop all had their perks and would all be worth going to. I would recommend these 3 to fellow gamers. Anything else in the area I visited was not worth it. Good selection here on games and music. I'm not a music fan but if you are this and disc traders are worth it. GameStop was good for new gen games. CD exchange and disc traders have good retro items as well as the newer stuff."
"Love this place very much. My Girlfriend and I come here a few times a month to browse to selection they have. They get new movies in all the time and it leads to fun cheap date nights. The staff is always nice and will happily look up movies to see if they have them in case you cant find them yourself. Highly recommend."
"Great movie selection it is my go to place! Staff is very helpful I ask them for help all the time and they are always more than willing to help me find the movie I’m looking for! Go here like 6 times a month and they normally have what I want!"
"Great store for used video games, consoles, accessories ect. Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable."
"Always has a good variety of dvds and games for ps 3 and 4, and Xbox one. They also have buy 3 get one free. I have bought several games and dvds and have had no problems."
"Everyone that works here is always in a fantastic mood, tons of good deals, and a good environment. I'd even come here over gamestop just because the employees are so good to me and my friends. 10/10 awesome as Hell."
"You will be lucky to find such great things like video games, CDs, movies, cartoons, consoles, accessories, game battery replacing and much more."
"For a modern store this place has a gentle Mom and Pops feel. There is an atmosphere unlike other chains where you don't feel pressured and there are probably fewer bean counters behind the organization, just people like you and me! 😊"
"Thank you for the games they are really really really fun.
I recommend everybody to go to CD exchange."
"Love this place. I go here all the time. I highly recommend this place to everyone"
"Awesome place! Should have what you're looking for, or looking to sell.
These guys have always been friendly helpful and Knowledgeable here
They've been here for a long time and this is why! ..... Go here"
"Great selection, and always cheaper than neighboring game/CD/video exchange stores."
"In reading these reviews I would agree with the good ones. I have always treated these gentlemen with respect. From their help with anything I need. Always willing to talk through any question. These guys unless busy which they will mention. Have been a great resource. Buying or selling they always remember me either over the phone or in person. Like said earlier give respect to get respect. 5 years and counting better than the rest. Better prices and always willing to beat the competition. So all of you rude people stop getting angry with the fact you are not the center of the universe. Keep it up guys, this is a great place."
"I've been coming here for the past 14 years and it's always been a great place for finding retro electronics and games of all types. It's a lot of fun to just look through everything they've got because it changes so often. You never know what you'll find!"
"This place is the best. I almost always come out at least with what I wanted and usually more. If they don't have what I was looking for then they always offer to take my name and number in case a copy comes through. The guys are super helpful and unless they are obviously swamped they always take the time to answer questions. I always recommend this place to my friends. Keep up the great work guys!"
"These guys ROCK! I am a continuous customer, and I love there selection. They are always there for you when you have a question, and they hook you up when you spend money. I have been going through their doors for about 10 years and I cant recall a bad experience. There products are guaranteed, and the customer service is top notch. Thank you guys for being the best buy, sell, and trade store ever! you blow your competition out of the water."
"Great Place to go for games of nearly any system. Lots of Movies, CD's and DVD TV show's, all for reasonable prices, I just wish they had one in Grandville so i would not have to drive so far:/"
"I recommend this store over any Play n' Trade any day of the week! I bought four games with them; and they gave me the fourth one for free. They were going to give me the cheapest of the four for free, but they decided to make it the most expensive one because the sticker on the cartridge was slightly damaged. I also asked if they had a game, but they couldn't find it in their inventory because it was buried. They took the time over the weekend to find it, and call me the next day to come pick it up. What service!"
"Fantastic store and people. You can go buy a ton of stuff for cheap. Use it until you have had enough, and sell it back. Great service and value!"
